ACK Natural is Nantucket’s only cannabis dispensary with on-site cultivation and the island’s only licensed medical cannabis facility, located at 19 Spearhead Drive. We’re authorized by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission to sell adult-use cannabis to anyone 21 or older with a valid ID

What Makes ACK Natural Different
ACK Natural is the only dispensary on the island that grows its own cannabis. Our underground cultivation facility is here on Nantucket — which means our locally grown flower, live rosin vapes, and tinctures are genuinely Nantucket-made. That’s not something you can say about any other shop on the island.

Cannabis and Nantucket Tourism
Nantucket draws hundreds of thousands of visitors each summer — and more are discovering that a stop at ACK Natural is part of the island experience. We’re a short ride from the Steamship Authority ferry terminal, and we’re used to helping people who have never been to a dispensary before.
Just remember: enjoy your purchase on the island. Cannabis cannot legally leave Nantucket on a ferry or aircraft, and the Steamship Authority prohibits it on board.
Cannabis Laws on Nantucket
